Terms of Service — Short

David C Photography — Terms of Service (Short) Effective date: [Insert date]

By booking with David C Photography, you agree to the following key terms:

• Booking: Your date is secured once your booking is confirmed in writing (email/client portal) and the 50% deposit is paid.

• Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable and transferable to a new date (subject to availability), up to 3 date changes within 6 months.

• Balance: Remaining balance is due within 2 days after the shoot and before final delivery.

• Travel/overnight: Travel fees may apply. Overnight bookings may include a £150–£200 fee (agreed in advance).

• Delivery: Images are delivered via a secure online gallery (password-protected where applicable). Typical turnaround: portraits/headshots ~7 days, weddings/events 7–21 days.

• Style: You book us for our editing style. RAW files are not provided unless agreed in writing.

• Copyright & usage: We retain copyright. You receive a licence for personal use (non-commercial) unless otherwise agreed.

• Portfolio use: We may use images for portfolio/marketing unless you opt out in writing before the shoot. Images of minors are only used with written parental/guardian consent.

• Weddings (meal break): For longer wedding coverage, you agree to provide a reasonable meal break and vendor meal (or time to source food nearby).

• Liability: Liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking, to the extent permitted by law.
